The rules for using the AA Polo website.
These terms govern your use of aapolo.ng. By browsing or using the site you accept them. If you buy from us, our Terms & Conditions also apply to that purchase.
Using the Site
You may browse the site, create an account, and place orders for your own use or for your club or team. In using the site you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or any connected system
- Introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract our content, prices or images
- Place speculative, false or fraudulent orders
- Interfere with the site's operation or with another user's use of it
- Resell or commercially exploit our content without our written permission
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Use a password you do not use elsewhere, and tell us immediately at hello@aapolo.ng if you believe someone else has access to it.
The information in your account must be accurate and kept up to date — particularly your phone number and delivery address, which our riders rely on.
You may close your account at any time. We may close or suspend an account where these terms have been breached, or where an account has been inactive for a long period.
Intellectual Property
The AA Polo name, logo, site design, text, photography and graphics belong to AA Polo Equipment or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute them without our written permission.
Brand names, logos and product images belonging to the manufacturers we stock remain the property of those manufacturers.
You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright or ownership notice.
Content You Submit
If you post a review, rating, question or image, you confirm that it is your own, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, misleading, or that contains someone else's personal data. We may remove any submission at our discretion, and we do not endorse opinions expressed by users.
Accuracy of Information
We take care to keep product information, pricing and stock levels accurate, but the site is provided for general information and we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Specifications, prices and availability can change without notice.
Nothing on this site is professional advice on equipment safety, fitting or veterinary care. For anything affecting your safety or your horse's welfare, consult a qualified professional.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the site for maintenance or business reasons, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.
